Just a quick update.

So, currently I'm working on a project for a relative and this is the style she really liked. Not sure if this will be the one she decides on. As for my May images, I'll be posting them soon. I did finish them! EVERY LAST ONE!!!

Writing exercise #1.

So, my friend is a studying to be a teacher and love to write stories. He has great ideas, but his writing skills need some work, as are his words. I decided that frequent trips to the mountains coupled with good food and inspiration should help out both of our problems (my lack of discipline, and his lack of writing skills). I truly believe if I start taking my art seriously that I will get better. So, each day we will switch topics; he will write, I will draw. I'm exited.

Tomorrow will be the first day of our adventure.

EDM #103 Exercise equipment.

So! I am trying to do my final Motion Graphics project and...my computer doesn't have enough ram to properly render this beauty, so I am having to wait roughly an hour for it be completed...and this is a 10 second intro just saying my name and whatnot.

While I'm waiting for this little bastard to finish up, I am posting my EDM #103 image which is exercise equipment, or what you use to exercise with. I would say my best exercise equipment is my feet. I don't really exercise at all, which is probably why I'm a puny runny and even a more pathetic stair walker upper. I should work on this, and am planning to in the near future. Anywho! My feet!

Dun dun dun! And this is usually what I'm doing...walking in some flats.

Well, back to my finals. After this week...I will be free!!! Till summer school. :)

EDM: Every Day in May #102

So I've decided to do Every Day in May, which is a group who draws a specific thing each day. I will try my hardest to follow this even though I'm a day behind. If you'd like to join in EDM just click on the link. :) It seems really fun and I'm excited to get started.

Again, finals week so I will post my #102 EDM later. Right now I have to finish up my character design for a class.

A new beginning.

I'm really going to try to keep an online blog and with that I am also going to try to do a lot more art. I think that's one of my biggest problems is that I don't do enough art.

I do have finals this week so this will be a short post, so I will leave you with this, a watercolor piece I did for a project. It is stylized after Ben Tour who is an amazing artist. Of course mine won't look like his since he wasn't limited to just watercolors and he has infinitely better technique than I do. He varies between mediums and man, it does give off an excellent feel.

Anywho, a project for Illustration Media using watercolors.
